South Asian Women’s Monthly Somatic's Membership

This monthly membership for South Asian women is a powerful approach that combines body awareness and group dynamics to promote healing and emotional well-being.

As a culturally informed practitioner, I understand that South Asian women navigate unique challenges that differ from those of their Western counterparts. Many of us have been raised in deeply interdependent family structures, where duty, honor, and collective identity often take precedence over individual needs. This can lead to struggles with guilt, obligation, enmeshment, and the pressure to conform, making it difficult to set boundaries without feeling like we are betraying our loved ones. Unlike the Western emphasis on radical independence, our healing is not about isolation—it is about learning to exist harmoniously within our communities while honoring our own emotional well-being.

In this space, we focus on healthy co-dependence—a way of thriving within our families and relationships without losing ourselves in them. You’ll learn to set boundaries that are both realistic and culturally relevant, allowing you to protect your peace without severing connections that matter to you. Through somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and guided group discussions, you’ll gain the tools to navigate family expectations, cultural guilt, and the push-pull of tradition and modernity with grace and confidence. This is a space where you don’t have to choose between your healing and your heritage—you can have both.
